Location: the hotel was not far from market and beach and Raj sundae palace and all railway stations. I had reasonably priced, beautifully maintained room complete with good ventilation as well as variety of selections...

The service was good. Room was comfortable.

They allotted me a road facing room and they just did on ad hoc basies. The room was not cleaned properly and there was dust on the floor. I requested for a room change. They said they will try but did not revert back. For an extra 4 hour stay they charged me for a full extra day. It could have been done for half day

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with lots of South Indian dishes to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making our stay even better. The hotel's location was great too, being close to the marina beach and all the main places we wanted to visit.

Great hotel for a New Year celebration! The staff was very friendly, always accommodating our needs. We really liked the fact that breakfast was included and it had a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, close to all the famous landmarks and easy access to transportation. The room was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa service, which was relaxing and rejuvenating.

That the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough in our room. We had to go to the lobby to be able to use the internet properly.
